Dr. Qingdong Liu is a Florida-licensed acupuncturist with extensive clinical experience. He has helped patients with a wide range of health concerns, including pain management—such as chronic pain, sciatica, neck pain, and back pain—as well as sleep disorders, stress-related conditions, digestive concerns, Bell’s palsy, and supportive care during recovery following a stroke or cancer treatment.
Guided by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Liu views the body as an interconnected system in which health depends on balance. He believes that effective care begins with listening carefully to each patient and understanding the whole person—not simply focusing on individual symptoms.
Through acupuncture, Dr. Liu seeks to support the body’s natural regulatory and restorative processes. When appropriate, he may also draw on the natural properties of herbal medicine to help restore balance within the body.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy uses brief combustion or air extraction to create suction inside cups, helping to draw harmful substances produced by illness from deep within the body to the skin’s surface for elimination. It is especially suited for neck, shoulder, and back pain, muscle tightness related to sports, and physical fatigue, and is often used alongside acupuncture as part of an tailored treatment plan.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion uses the natural energetic properties of moxa and the heat released as it burns to stimulate specific energy points and replenish energy in the body’s energy pathways. It is commonly used to relieve pain that worsens with cold and address digestive, gynecological, and respiratory conditions. It is often combined with acupuncture as part of an individualized treatment plan.
